Agreement

By using fuseprints.com or placing an order with Fuse Prints, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Quotes and orders

Quotes provided through this site or by email are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before production begins. Orders are accepted at our discretion.

Files and proofs

• You are responsible for the content, accuracy, and copyright of files you provide.
• We provide a digital proof for review before production. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors.
• Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed result due to monitor calibration and material differences.

Turnaround and shipping

Standard production is 3–5 business days after proof approval, plus shipping. Rush production is available for an additional fee. Shipping carriers can experience delays beyond our control; transit times are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Custom-printed items are made to order and are not returnable. If a product arrives defective or different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any artwork you submit. By submitting it, you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing your order. The Fuse Prints name, logo, and site design remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuse Prints' liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
